Our customer care process is designed to provide clarity, support, and peace of mind throughout your home-buying journey and beyond. Once you reserve your new home, we will provide a clear timeline and keep you informed at every stage of the construction and legal process.

A step-by-step guide to buying with us

Reserve Your Plot

Choose your preferred plot and reserve it with a reservation fee to secure your place in the development. Your personal Sales Executive will invite you to a reservation checklist meeting to review all the plans and drawings together.

Appoint Your Solicitor & Arrange Finances

Begin the legal process and finalise your mortgage (if applicable). We’re on hand to support and keep things on track.

Choose Your Finishes

Depending on the build stage, you may have the opportunity to personalise aspects of your home. Our team will guide you through available options and choices.

Exchange Contracts

Your purchase becomes official. Timelines are confirmed, and your target move-in date is in sight.

Home Demonstration

Prior to legal completion, we conduct a thorough quality check of your new home. You will be invited to a Home Demonstration where we will walk you through the property's features, systems, and maintenance guidelines.

Move-In Day!

On the day of legal completion, your solicitor will confirm the transaction has completed and you will be able to collect your keys, settle in, and enjoy your brand-new home. Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive Homeowner's Manual containing essential information about your home, including appliance guides, warranty details, and maintenance tips.

Aftercare & Support

At your 7 day check post completion, you will have the opportunity to meet with our site team and advise of anything that you need support with. We understand that minor issues may arise after moving in. For the first two years our dedicated customer care team is on hand to address any concerns promptly and efficiently.

All of our homes are delivered with a 10 year residential warranty for new builds.
